Complete the Scholarship Nomination form below for either yourself or someone you know who you think would bring the spirit of support and enthusiasm for fiber-arts that Millard did during his life. Nominations will be reviewed by a panel who may also reach out to your nominee to help determine eligibility, desire and qualifications for being awarded a scholarship. Retreat participants and nominees for scholarships must be at least age 21 by the start date of the retreat. If you’d like to revise your nomination after submission, please re-submit the entire nomination and we will replace the initial submission, or complete the Contact Us form with specific changes you’d like made.
